Assessment
Speech, Language and Communication needs assessments
At initial assessment a detailed case history is taken. It is also an opportunity to discuss concerns. We will then complete an assessment. Assessment may be through observations, informal assessment and formal assessment. Following this, we will provide feedback and discuss management.
AAC assessments
We are able to assess whether AAC would be the most successful way of aiding communication, we are also able to give suggestions on the most suitable equipment and devices.
Dysphagia Assessments
As experienced therapists, we can offer dysphagia assessments to review swallowing difficulties, and make feeding suggestions, where appropriate. All Assessments will be followed by a report.
Occupational Therapy Assessments
Our experienced occupational therapists can complete various assessments to suit your requirements. All Assessments will be followed by a summary/report.
Therapy & Intervention
Therapy
Offering individualised therapy sessions both face to face, or online. Working with you to achieve agreed goals. Group sessions can also be arranged.
Indirect Therapeutic support
Attending EHCP review and Multidisciplinary meetings. Liaison with external agencies.
Training
At Therapy Hive we provide training to; caregivers, homes, professionals, parents, and educational settings. Training can be a singular session or part of a package. Therapy Hive offer training that is tailored to the individual setting or client group needs.

Supervision Services
We offer clinical supervision to therapists. We are specialists in complex needs, AAC and Dysphagia. Supervision can be in person or online.
